  2. in a large bowl combine dried bread, crumbled corn bread, and crackers. set aside
  3. add olive and butter to a large skillet and add onions, clerey, and carrots. cook until onions are transparent approw 5-10 minutes. do not brown
  4. pour vege mixture over the bread mixture.
  5. add stock, salt, pepper, sage and any other seasonings u like to taste. at this point its safe to taste, do this before the next step
  6. add the eggs (3 at first then see if u need one more)
  7. mixwell and pour into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered approw 45 minutes until its a light brown
